Creating the Future of Beauty and Industry from Cambodia

Since its founding in 2007, ILBRiLLE Co., Ltd. has upheld the corporate philosophy of “bringing people together through the highest quality products, maximizing corporate value, and contributing to humanity and society.”

As a pioneer in anti-glycation research, we introduced one of the first anti-glycation supplements to the Japanese market, catalyzing a movement that led to transformative changes in the supplement and cosmetics industries. Building on this success, in 2011 we expanded to Cambodia, embracing a vision of “bringing Japanese products and technologies to the world.”

Today, ILBRiLLE is deeply engaged in SDG-driven initiatives, particularly in the revitalization of Cambodia’s traditional silk industry. By applying advanced Japanese extraction technologies, we have successfully developed a high-purity silk protein derived from Cambodian Golden Silk, a rare and culturally significant resource. Over the past four years, in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), we have conducted two major projects, identifying high-protein-yielding silkworm varieties and transforming this local resource into high-value-added skincare ingredients.

To further contribute to the development of Cambodia’s beauty industry, we partnered with the Cambodian government to establish a Beauty Counselor Training School. This institution offers a two-year curriculum, culminating in the award of an official government certification upon graduation. Our aim is not only to nurture skilled professionals but to create sustainable employment and raise the profile of beauty as a respected industry in Cambodia.

At ILBRiLLE, our mission goes beyond simply creating products. We seek to respond to the deeper human desire: the wish to feel beautiful and confident. Through skincare, supplements, and haircare, we will continue to evolve our product lines—always guided by innovation, authenticity, and sustainability.

We also believe in the power of knowledge-sharing. Through our activities in Cambodia, we strive to serve as a bridge—empowering Japanese small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to expand globally, and in doing so, contribute new value back to Japanese society.
