-Paid leave /1 year 18days
(You can take the paid leaves from 6 months later after you finish your training period)

【Notes】
・Our company supports a women who aims for establishing own business related beauty industry.
・If you continue to work as our staff for 4 years, you will be independent from 5th year. We support only for staff who has great work attitude to start your own business.
・You can work with Japanese staff anytime, so you can learn many things (like Japanese, English, basic computer skills, marketing, manner, beauty, beauty treatment and company management) while work.
・We provide a special chance “training in Japan” for a staff who has great attitude on the 4th year.

【ប្រាប់ខែ】
ប្រាក់ខែចាប់ផ្តើម៖ ២០០ ដុល្លារ/ ខែ + ២០ ដុល្លារ (ថ្លៃសាំងនិងថ្លៃអាហារ)
* រយៈពេលបណ្តុះបណ្តាល (៣ ខែ)៖ ១៨០ ដុល្លារ / ខែ + ២០ ដុល្លារ (ថ្លៃសាំងនិងថ្លៃអាហារ)
・ ប្រសិនបើអាកប្បកិរិយារបស់អ្នកធ្វើការល្អប្រាក់ខែរបស់អ្នកនឹងកើនឡើងរៀងរាល់ ៦ ខែម្តង។
・ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកធ្វើត្តេសការម៉ាស្សាមុខជាប់និងរក្សាអាកប្បកិរិយាល្អក្នុងកំឡុងពេលហ្វឹកហាត់ការងាររបស់អ្នក ការហ្វឹកហាត់នឹងត្រូវបញ្ចប់ហើយអ្នកអាចក្លាយជាបុគ្គលិកពេញសិទ្ធ។
【ចំណាំ】
・ ក្រុមហ៊ុនរបស់យើងគាំទ្រដល់ស្ត្រីដែលមានគោលបំណងបង្កើតអាជីវកម្មដែលទាក់ទងនឹងសម្រស់។
・ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកបន្តធ្វើការជាបុគ្គលិករបស់យើងរយៈពេល ៤ ឆ្នាំអ្នកនឹងមានឯករាជ្យភាពដោយខ្លួនអ្នកចាប់ពីឆ្នាំទី ៥ ឡើងទៅ ក្រុមហ៊ុននឹងជួយគាំទ្រតែចំពោះបុគ្គលិកដែលមានអាកប្បកិរិយាល្អក្នុងការចាប់ផ្តើមអាជីវកម្មផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់អ្នក។
・អ្នកអាចធ្វើការជាមួយបុគ្គលិកជប៉ុន ដូច្នេះអ្នកអាចរៀនអ្វីៗជាច្រើន (ដូចជាភាសាជប៉ុន អង់គ្លេស ជំនាញកុំព្យូទ័រមូលដ្ឋាន ការធ្វើទីផ្សារ ការថែរក្សាសម្ផស្សនិងការគ្រប់គ្រងក្រុមហ៊ុន) នៅពេលធ្វើការ។
・ក្រុមហ៊ុននិងផ្តល់ឱកាសពិសេស“ ទៅបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន” ដល់បុគ្គលិកដែលមានអាកប្បកិរិយាល្អនៅឆ្នាំទី ៤ ។
